W2 Professorship in Intercultural Management at the HFU Business School at Furtwangen University in Villingen-Schwenningen – Application deadline 6th January

The HFU Business School at Furtwangen University (Black Forest/Campus Villingen-Schwenningen) is offering a full-time W2 Professorship in
Intercultural Management.

You will teach Intercultural Management and related topics in both undergraduate and graduate programs in English. Successful candidates should hold a relevant undergraduate or graduate degree and a Ph.D. or equivalent preferably in business management. You have held a position within an international environment outside of higher education for a minimum of three years.

We expect you to possess relevant intercultural management skills and work experience in an international environment preferably with several years abroad. Thus you are able to address the business challenges which arise in globalization, virtual team collaboration and cross-border project management.

Professors are expected to conduct research in the field of Intercultural Management and should have a record of, or potential for, effective teaching.

Professors are expected to assume management functions in the HFU Business School. For this purpose a working knowledge of German is necessary.
