Dear respondent,
We are researchers from the University of Southern Denmark and the Helmut Schmidt University Hamburg. In a joint project we are interested in the workplace situation of international migrants and refugees. In particular, we would like to identify the organizational activities (Human Resource Management practices) that contribute to a better integration of international migrants.
On the following pages you find different questions regarding the activties in your organisation as well as your performance and well-being. Please do not be distracted if some of the questions seem similar – this is for methodological reasons. There are no trick questions and we believe that you will find this questionnaire interesting.
We would ask you to answer as honestly as possible. It will take approximately 15 minutes to complete the survey. Under no circumstances will your responses be made available to anyone in or outside your firm. You will remain ABSOLUTELY ANONYMOUS. Your data will be evaluated purely statistically and not in relation to your person.
We wish to thank you for your participation in this study. Only based on your cooperation are we able to advance our understanding of the integration of international migrants and refugees. This will not only help those who are responsible in organizations but maybe also future generations of international migrants and refugees.
The results of the survey will be published and will be accessible via our personal websites given below.
