This sixth workshop on University language teaching & testing will focus on the question to what extent textbook and project activities can complement each other. This two-day workshop is a followup on our previous workshops on teaching & learning, testing & assessing languages within a taskbased academic learning environment, and will take place at the ZESS, University of Göttingen, on the 11th and 12th of October 2019 (Friday and Saturday). Plenary sessions will be held in English and German (other languages will be also used when necessary); however, *the main activities will take place in language-specific workshops.
The aim of the workshop is to:
* illustrate the interaction between textbooks and classroom projects,
* exchange ideas on and develop new scenarios for project based teaching, learning and assessment,
* develop scenarios for testing and assessment within this context.
